At Faizlegal, we believe legal services should be transparent, accessible and predictable. We understand that legal costs can be a significant concern, which is why we aim to provide clear pricing and straightforward advice from the outset.
Fixed Fee Services
Where possible, we offer fixed fee pricing so you know exactly what your legal costs will be before work begins. Our fixed fee structure allows you to plan with confidence, without worrying about unexpected legal bills.
Before we commence work, we will:
- Discuss your legal matter in detail.
- Explain the scope of the work required.
- Confirm our fees in writing.
- Provide a clear breakdown of any anticipated costs.
Transparency and Predictability
We are committed to keeping clients informed throughout their matter. If additional work becomes necessary which falls outside the agreed scope, we will discuss this with you and obtain your approval before incurring any further fees.
Our goal is to ensure there are no surprises and that you remain in control of your legal costs at every stage.
Disbursements
Our fees do not include disbursements, which are payments made to third parties on your behalf as part of your case.
Examples of disbursements may include:
- Court / Tribunal fees
- Home Office application fees
- Barristers' fees
- Expert report fees
- Translation and interpretation fees
- Land Registry fees
- Process server fees
Any applicable disbursements will be explained to you in advance and are payable separately from our legal fees.
